3. Products & Use

Our flower infusions consist of dried botanicals intended to be infused by the customer with water or other liquids of their choice.

  • Products are caffeine-free

  • Products are not ready-to-drink beverages

  • No medical or health claims are made

You are responsible for ensuring that products are used appropriately and safely.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in [EUR / your currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. BLOOMAMORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, errors, or force majeure.

5. Shipping & Delivery

BLOOMAMORE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened botanical products cannot be returned.
